To registered participants of the ICPaLM conference,
As we have switched the physical conference to a virtual event, some participants have paid the registration fee meant for the physical conference which was higher than the revised rate for virtual conference.
For those who had paid for the physical conference registration fee can opt for partial refund which is subject to the category, the original payment, early bird/normal rate and other factors. The treasurer team will review each application on a case-by-case basis.

The closing date of applying refund is 31 March, 2021. Any application after the closing date will not be entertained.
The process of refund will take an average period of three months. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If you do not receive the refund three months after the application, kindly contact us via email at icplam2020@gmail.com
