Dr. Wong Moh Sim

Prof. Hsien-Chang, Chang

  • Bachelor (1985), Master (1987) and Ph.D. (1990) in Applied Chemistry from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan

  • President of Association of Chemical Sensor in Taiwan (2000-2002 and 2014-2016)

  • Director for Institute of Biomedical Engineering, NCKU (2002-2005)

  • Associate Director for Center for Micro/Nano Science and Technology, NCKU (2006-2008)

Mr. Fionn Quinlan

  • Asia Clinical Manager for Waters Corporation, Taipei, Taiwan

  • Work experience involved in clinical research roles in Academia Sinica, Taiwan and also in regional market development for leading IVD solution providers such as BBI Solutions and Texas Biogene

  • Currently works closely with hospitals, universities, police departments and clinical societies throughout Asia supporting the education and awareness of LC/MS applications
